So I keep burning out the coils (wicks?) on kanger pro tank, and my kanger t3 mt3's. I just got my kanger pro tank a few days ago and I already burned out one the coils, only 2 come in the box. I just ordered some replacement coils but I can't afford new coils every few days. I'm using a vamo 2 at 6 watts.

I had terrible trouble in the early days taking out heads in 2-3 days. I'm guessing you are vaping between 3.5-4.0 volts....that's OK.
I started making my own wicks/coils and then a while ago it stopped happening.
My only guess is that vaping slower (!) and using less gunky juices paid off for me.

They should last longer. Mine has lasted over 2 weeks. Are you popping the coils or do the wicks taste burnt? If they taste burnt, carefully remove the "flavor" wicks and burn off the gunk on the coils (dry burn). You might consider replace the flavor wicks, as they'll keep it from flooding and getting into the airway. If you re-coil it yourself, make it a fat one and you won't need the flavor wicks.
Burning out suggest you are Popping the coils. Are you Popping coils? Will they no longer Fire? Dose the Vamo show no resistance?(999)
If the coil is reading, you are simply running to low power on to thick/dark juice and caramelizing goop on the Wick/coil.
Cleaning - HOT water Rinse and dry every tank or two, Dry Burn every other cleaning(remove flavor wicks first) and you should not loose any coils.
Make sure your VAMO is in 02 setting also.
Take apart one of the ruined heads to see what the problem is. You will learn a lot from it.

The coils are reading, so should I be vaping at a higher wattage? Sorry I'm a noob, and I don't research this stuff very much.

Rather you should try out different wattage settings. Burnt taste typically comes from too high voltage/ wattage, but from my experience too low can also cause funky taste due to excessive residue.
