Rules on giving stuff away?

Help, O masters, divine gods of the rules on the ECF's forums...

Is it ok to offer to give juice that I bought, that I don't like to people in my area and offer it in this forum?... for free! no exchange, not cost... no strings?

I just hate to trow it away...

ha, and I just don't want to link my Paypal to my bank account to get verified.. (that's why I got a trow away credit card) Just don't trust the system that much.

If you go into the PIF Canada section, I believe there's a section for gifting stuff, & I'm pretty sure you don't have to be verified ti give stuff away there
