i tried to upload some photos to both and album and my avatar. i kept getting a run time error, and the upload failed, any one know what that means?

I don't know exactly, but the limits on photos in your album restrict you to rediculously tiny images:
600x400 doesn't sound so bad. But, 20KB is miniscule. Could that be the problem?
What is the runtime error exactly? There are a whole variety of them, and they all mean different things. If you could provide some additional details we may be able to figure it out.

no that wasnt it, im going to try it again really quick and write it down, will be right back...
ok, this message comes up right when i choose the pic to open in the browse window, then when i click upload, it fails:
Program:C:/windows/system32/dllHost.exe
"This program has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. please contact applications support team for more information"
and thats word for word. any ideas???
Oh, and the top of the window says "Runtime Error"
