Hey,

I've had a few kayfuns and a Russian 91 v1 and NEVER had this problem.

My Russian 91% v2 is leaking from 510 connector, it's a very slow process as it seems the juice makes it way down very slowly but it ends up on my mod's 510 connector at some point.

I replaced the deck insulator, replaced the grommet inside... Still leaks... What the hell can I do?

Just a wild guess!! It seems like you are getting too much liquid up into the coil area and it's exiting via the air hole through the connection. I was just wondering if there was less room between the coil and the air hole, there would be less room for liquid to accumulate. I don't think mine has ever leaked through there. Only leaks I've had were when I somehow loosened up the tank threads and a couple of times I've left it in the hot car for an hour or so, which makes it leak like a sieve.

Sorry, haven't been on here in awhile. I did fix this issue. I took one of the o-rings from the screwdriver that came with it and put it on the 510 connector screw. I also figured out how to wick properly, so I don't know which fixed the problem, but I'm leak free now. Now if I could just remedy the juice creep in the drip tip.
Edit- The extra o-ring also stopped the positive block from spinning.
