Ruyan and other manufacturers

Ruyan is first who was starting to manufacture e-cigs and parts, right? Then there are njoy, Joey, Janty...others?

Ruyan is manufacturing parts for these other brands as well? Or do they have their own factories? I have Tornado....from where are the parts coming? Ruyan is only one who has patent?

Lot of questions but feels like total mess...

Joye makes the Tornado. Joye is not a subsidiary of Ruyan but a separate company. At this point the patent issue is unenforced or unenforcible.
