Well the only thing I could find was it's compatible with a 1.5A "Smart Quick Charge" adapter, so I'm guessing 1A with a normal stupid adapter. 1A over 4X3,000 mAh batteries, yeah, 10 hours is entirely possible. You can and probably should just get a quality 4 bay charger like a Nitecore or Xtar and charge with that. It will be faster. You can also keep another 1 or 2 sets of matched 4 battery sets so you can rotate though and have a set charging while you're vaping in comfort.

I'm using the rx300 to charge

10 hours charge time with 1.5A max draw from the charger is par for the course. A @Eskie said, get yourself an external charger and your charge time will go way down.

At 1A per battery, your charge time should be about 3 hours max, depending on how empty they are. 2A per battery and it will be almost half that. I usually don't let my 2500 mAh batts go below 3.5 - 3.6 volts and they charge at 1A in about 1 1/2 hours, though it's been a while since I timed them :)

Hope that helps.

Not the same thing at all! Most built in chargers on multi-cell mods do a terrible job of balancing the charge. The batteries inside cell phones and tablets are of a different chemistry(Li-PO, I believe) than the Lithium-Ion batteries we use.
