Anyone recommend a ry4 that doesnt require steeping?

no such thing in my experience....i DIY 3 versions and working on a 4th today...ry's seem to take 3-4 weeks from mix to vape IMO to reveal the subtle notes....but if i had to... i would say try Hangesons ry4. i buy it every month or 2 and it is the tobacco flavor I like. taste is totally subjective. best of luck.

Not sure I would call it a run of the mill RY4 but Nicoticket's "H1N1" was the best I found and it tastes great from the day you get it till it's all gone.

Yeah, H1N1 isn't really an RY4 (tobacco, vanilla, caramel), but it is all the rest that you said. Mountain Oak Vapors has one, Full Virginia Flake RY4, that was tasty right out of the store (local B & M for me).

My local b&m isnt that great, they just order from vape mall and repackage, as good as it gets is junebug spade.
