I have a couple questions. Is the cap going to be made with a drip tip or will it except a 510? I alos was wondering about the silicone piece you are referring to, it that the only thing that separates the tank and the coil part of the atty?
Okay here is a update on the build.I was putting white silicone up to the top of the threads on the base.Where the wick and electrodes go down into the tank.Well I;m taking that out.Main reason is when you use a syringe to fill and I do this all the time.I forget to pull back the plunger when I'm full and I have juice flowing out of the tip of the syringe.Which goes all over my PV and me at times. So I'm going to go back to my original deep well clear silicone plug which it has a filling hole already in it.Any juice that leaks from the syringe will be caught in the well and not on your device or you.It will only change the looks of the inside and not the performance.I'm going to post some pictures of what I'm talking about.Plus I'm working on sj74 suggestions with the drip tip hole and making the top cap rounder if I can.

Clear silicone plug I'm putting back in with longer electrodes to be installed.

As I said this will not hurt the function of the DC at all.

Clear silicone plug with syringe inserted into one of the filler holes,it has two of them. And my finger nails are clean lol.

It was a two piece in the final product which means the syringe would have to go through two separate pieces and I don't want anyone to have problems filling. So the one piece makes better sense. The cap will except a 510 tip its not built in at all.I can shorten it and make the clear silicone more up to the yop of the base if you don't mind juice over flow if that should happen.I will come up with something tonight and see what is better and easier for all to use.My main goal is to make it simple to use simple to clean without lacking on the quality.

Questions on cleaning the DC has come up so this is what I do and it works well.

1.Take a clean syringe and fill with hot distilled water.
2.Inject the water down into the filling hole of the silicone stopper and swish it around.
3.Use the same syringe and draw the water out and repeat. That will clean it very well and you won't have to worry about taking it a part
as they are sealed and if you try and take it a part you might damage it.I think its the same way sj74 cleans his and it works for him as well.

Should you use no resistance or resistance wire in the defcon and where to buy some for back coil?

I get mine off of Ebay....I get 75 feet at a time no joke.Far as resistance I guess that would be up to you.I guess it would depend on what device you are going to use.Like a 3.7 or a VV.

Just stopping in to say thanks for making these, and for making the price reasonable! I've been on a list for another device for a few months now, and my patience was wearing down. I've spent the last couple weeks using google translate on various eastern European forums and websites, hoping to find something like this. I'm quite excited to be in line for one of these!!

You're going to sell a boatload of these things at this price!

Hi everyone S&S Mods are now open for business.I'm starting this very small and hope to have it grow with more mods and things.Right now I'm just selling my version of a rebuild able atty named the DefCon.I'm sure some have seen the similar ones floating around.Mine are all hand made at my home by myself.I will be taking small orders of 10 at a time. These are made to order,so when you order one and pay I will then make it and ship when its complete. These are very nice units and work very well. They are made of Stainless Steel and I use .999 pure sterling silver for the electrodes along with either 400 or 325 Stainless Steel mesh and Kanthal A 32 awg Resistance Heating Wire. The DefCon can hold approximately 3.5ml of liquid and has been tested for leaks with no evidence of any.Right now I have two different types,Black and Stainless and I can also add a Blue Led light if wanted.I will have more color choices at a later date and other color of LED lights as well.It will come to you fully ready to just add juice and vape.

I'm currently working on something I call the DefCon Atom which I hope will make it through all the testing.I will put up temporary pictures of the DefCon now,but will post better ones later today.

Price for the DefCon is $55 shipped and comes with a 510 drip tip of my choice two extra pre oxidized wicks and some of the Kanthal wire.
For a extra $2 you can have a LED light installed.I only can accept PayPal right now with no mention of Ecig related stuff.I will offer a 10 day money back
guarantee or a replacement if anything should happen to the DefCon as a result of the way its built.Orders are to be taken by PM only and please use the word DefCon in the subject box. It's my wish to make you all a low cost rebuild able atty that works very well and looks nice to boot.If I have left anything out please inform me and I will fix it.Thank you and take care.
