After 17 months service my Vari has eventually kicked the bucket.

It is lighting up but has a permanent E4 error. Doesnt matter what l put on it from Boge to kayfun, ZAP to clearo press the button and E4 appears.

Any last minute suggestions before l send it to ProVape ?

Been through their trouble shooting guide and hassled the lovely Kim from their care team.

Did you try a isopropyl alcohol bath?

Troubleshooting Tips

Personally, I'd be a bit too intimidated to do it on a working Provari. But, if it's not currently working, what do you have to lose?

Yep it has had a bath.

ahh dont worry itll be back in working order in no time, they have a pretty quick turnaround.

Yea turn around time is roughly a week. I think i had mine back in 8 days when i sent it in to be upgraded from v1 to v2!

The good part about buying a Provari is that there is a service department. Most other devices are just throwaways these days. I haven't needed it yet, but I understand that there rates are reasonable.
