Safe ohms for battery?

I built a coil 6 wraps 22 gauge kanthal and it's at .14 ohms is this a safe build for Sony vtc 5 30 amp battery.

You need to use this: Ohm's Law Calculator

A fresh battery is 4.2v, use that for your voltage. enter the coils resistance.

Keep in mind meter tolerance. Your build could be off quite a bit depending on your meter.

Always build with 20% tolerance in mind and measure every build with an accurate meter.

If you are vaping at 0.14 Ohms on a fresh 4.2V battery you would be pulling 30 amps which is the maximum continuous discharge rate for your battery. The question is; what's the variance in your ohm meter? Many ohm meters have several tenths of an ohm variance. My personal opinion is stay at 0.2 Ohms or higher for a 30 amp battery.

My opinion is this; Rebuilding and especially sub-ohm-ing is for advanced users only and in order for me to consider you advanced I believe that you should be able to answer the question you asked and much more.
