Regulated, more or less, refers to the control you have of your vape. Some eliquids taste better at a higher voltage/wattage, some at a lower voltage/wattage. Ideally, you would want a regulated device that has some built-in protections. Not all devices are made the same. Most regulated devices made nowadays have a lot of protection features so that your device can last. A common problem that we used to have with regulated devices was the lack of reverse polarity/battery protection. What that means is if you put your battery in backwards the circuit board would fry itself, destroying the device instantly. Keep a look out for that. Also, know what the device can handle. Hopefully it comes with some type of user manual to let you know.
I appreciate all the help man and if I have anymore questions before the 3rd I know where to go, I'll update here in the near future. I'm excited to quit smoking and get into vaping. Have a good one
