These are the standard PUSH BUTTON manual batteries. SLB's spec on the batteries is 180mAh -

Content of battery: 180mAh
Normal working voltage: 3.5-4.2V

Yep, you definitely need higher mAh for your LR attys. Our unique custom Mods will be coming soon with 10440 and 14500 batt's, so check back in a week or two for those! (Maybe even an 18650 mod! More on this later!)

And for those of us who are new to LR and HV attys, a great (and detailed!) chart of optimum atty/battys was created by Ralph T (and added to and improved by candre23) at this link. Thanks guys - a great piece of work!

So yes the 180mAh stock 510 batty will heat a LR atty just fine, but the additional current draw of the LR will drain the same 510 batty quicker!
