I have a 900mAh VGO batt with a USB charger... Can I use that same charger with the eGo 900mAh batt, too?

It should be fine as long as the output current is around 400mAh. If it is lower, it will just take longer to charge. If it is significantly higher, I'm not sure if it would be a good idea or not.
