my last comment was to let the op know what you had quoted in English about the international board. I don't think He was even able to read your comment about it and understand which is why i told him in spanish because He had stated above that his English was not very good. And he only new a little. Which usually means basic conversation (not in depth) If one of the administration is bilingual I would recommend posting all the rules in the languages that are known by the admin.
