just hit 30 days today. Have mostly tobacco juice and had a little menthol that just ran out :(. Only got a little as never smoked menthol but it has really been a favorite vape. Anyway have a few flavors that up until today were less than satisfying. Seems vaping technique really makes a difference with the "flavors".

The normal "analogish" draw, inhale, exhale basically gave weak flavor or overly harsh flavor in the case of my cuppachino; which I really expected to like being a coffee drinker.

With a little change in vaping technique suddenly the flavor came alive for me. Try as follows:

Take a good mouth filling draw

Instead of "inhale/exhale" relax your jaw and kind of let the vapor "drift" partially out of your mouth until you can smell the flavor......then BREATHE in/out instead of INHALING/EXHALING. Those who sip brandy or a good red wine now and then should be able to pic this technique up quickly (hence the "savor the flavor" title). WOW all of a sudden the flavor comes alive and I am brousing various sites for samplers.

Now suddenly liking alot a flavor that I did not appreciate a couple days ago.

Excellent description! I've never really smoked a pipe, but always wanted to because that is basically what it is all about . . . a finer experience. After getting my eGo, that is how I started using it, and still is a month later.

You're right, slamming down a glass of wine isn't the proper way to enjoy it. Enjoying it is the proper way to enjoy it. Shots and beer are meant for slamming. I love having vapor clouds hanging around my head, it is just a great experience. I think pipe smokers refer to it as the room note, and vaping beats the tar out of the room note of a pipe! (Pun intended.)

Whiskey/praline cloud . . . now . . . . Mmmmm. :2cool:

That sounds fantastic. As my sense of taste and smell are improving (32 days analog free) I am just starting to appreciate flavors a little more. Have a sample of "brandy" on the way with a juice order I am waiting on and can't wait to try. Hopefully will be a nice "after dinner" vape. I can really see myself settling in to a few flavors.....morning, all day, and evening.

My "morning, all day, and evening" vapes are going to take a longggg time to discover. I've got 11 bottles sitting in front of me; from Camel, to french toast, whiskey, praline, 2 strawberries . . . and there are 20 steeping that I haven't touched with another 18 at the post office waiting for me, and 20ish more on order. Vaping is my Pokemon. Gotta catch 'em all! LOL

In a pile of sawdust
I have to admit it does take practice and I am still in the practice stage of vaping. :) I hope at 30 days I have figured it out and found a "honey spot".

I have my main favorite flavor, but in the DIY juice mixing I find the possibilities are endless combing flavors and creating new concoctions LOL
