So I received my SB today, I received everything I ordered except my 2 atomizers....

If you guys are out of atomizers or couldn't send them for some reason, I should have been informed so i could order some from other suppliers etc.

Can't use my SB yet.

how charged are the ultrafire batteries when shipped?

Most of the time they will be below 2.75v which is the cuttoff
so the battery would read 0v
