On the inhale it tasted of lemon, and on the exhale it tasted of waffle dough, almost perfectly confirming the manufacturer's description. The flavours are not too intense, but the fruit and the waffle are still very evident. The lemon is very soft, with both a touch of acidity and a touch of sweetness. For my part, I'd say a good lemon cream, or rather a foam, spread thickly over the waffle batter. The batter is also noticeable as a secondary flavour, as it only gives a support to the lemon foam in the product. It has a very pleasant consistency, the flavours are soft, yet you can really make out what you're making. Somehow, this lemon cream or foam, whoever calls it what it is, makes your head spin, which gives you a very pleasant steaming experience. Definitely recommended for those who like not too intense and complex dessert flavours.
