Screw broke in rda, quick question

So I have a 4 post Design rda, and one of the screws heads broke off and now the screw is stuck inside one of the post holes, and I was wondering if I can use just the post hole that isn't plugged as like a 3 post rda? Would that work or would that cause a short or something? Thank you!

Is it one of the positive posts? If so, I don't see why not.

If you can get it partially unscrewed through the post hole little by little, once a bit sticks up, grab it with vise grips or pliers and finish unscrewing it. It'll take awhile, but its doable.

It is the positive post yes and it would work? Awesome thank you! I been trying to do that for the last hour even broke a drill bit haha

It should be fine to build on it. Well, is there any wire stuck with the broken one? Make sure if there is you trim it so it isn't touching anything. It could also cause a very small.change in your resistance. I guess throw a build on and check it. If there is any wire stuck it might be an issue. If its just the screw it should be fine.

If it's a positive you should be good. Like @roxynoodle said, trim any excess that may be coming from the post.

Yea, not so much - Cheap screws.
No need to bull dog screws. There is only one tight............then there is broken.

If you can punch the wire from under the screw, it will become loose. If you have not Damaged the top threads, it will screw out.

If all else fails, like you said - Cheap - replace.
