I got off work tonight, and stopped by the local liquor store to get a 1/4 barrel (pony keg). Apperently they don't make them anymore (??). So i opted for a 1/2 barrel (full keg). Got home, picked it up, took one step and my left knee blows off to the side, dropped the keg, and spent about 5 min screaming bloody murder on the ground.

One of the people across the street came over to see what was up with the screaming.. after i recovered he helped me carry it inside.

Sooo, my knee is going to kill for the next week or so. I should probably go see a doctor tomorrow.

OUCH! I feel for you man. Yea see a doctor. Having a bad back and knees myself, I recomend a combo or Tramadol(non-narcotic) Naproxin and Cyclobensapreen. That combo works well for me, and if you have a good repour w/ your doctor he'll probably give it too you. But not a great idea to drink that keg on top of it. lol. But see him anyway to make sure nothing more serious is wrong than just the pain. I've pulled a 1/2 barrel up two flights of stairs once. Not fun! Easy to move out once their empty though LOL.

Yeah, he took an X-ray, and thinks my kneecap popped out of place and back in. I'm going to go back for him to check it out in a week. He put my knee in a immobilizer brace, and gave me some medication. I can actually hobble around pretty good with my leg locked straight like this.

Oh, and the keg is well too. I let it sit, and just tapped it a bit ago.
