Anyone else having problems getting replies to email sent to Sean? I tried to place an order for juice on their website (I'm in Canada) and it won't process unless you provide a State and Zipcode???
I have had no problems with email to and from Sean. I just placed an order on the weekend and I received replacement parts I order last week today. The website ordering no longer works for me but he manually did my order through email.
Just spoke with Sean and Sepideh rather recently. Friendly and helpful as always. Without typing it all the way out, which email are you using? Im guessing you tried Sean@ ?
Living in Canada, you wont be able to order from the site directly. However they should be able to process your order via email.
