Searching for juice like Muriel Black and Sweet cigarillos

I have smoked for 40 years, and once or twice a year I would treat myself to a pack of Muriel Black and Sweets. The tobacco was amazingly smooth for a cigarillo and nice and sweet. I could even lick my lips and taste sugar. I think I remember some vanilla in the taste as well. I new I shouldn't, but I inhaled every bit of the smoke. That's why I didn't buy them very often.
Does anyone here know this flavor and is there a juice similar to it?
