TVR has a pumpkin spice. I'm not fond of it alone, but mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with a good coffee it's pretty yummy. (I mix it with their french vanilla coffee)
They also have an apple pie that is pretty good.

Mt. Baker does a pumpkin pie. I've had it steeping for 3 months and it's just now getting to be bearable. (HEAVY on the SPICE)
They also do an apple strudel that was also super heavy on the spice part.

Vape Wild just came out with Pumpkin Spice Latte, and they did mention in their email newsletter that they are working on some other holiday flavors. I haven't tried it yet - I am giving it a little time to see if they do come up with other holiday flavors before I order, but most of their eliquids are quite tasty, and, at the very least, vapable. Their pricing alone makes it worth a try.

Virgin Vapors had a few holiday flavors a couple of years ago. They are a bit out of our price range for us to order from them regularly, but you might want to check out their site, and possibly contact them to see if they will be having any if they are not on the site right now. We got some 1 ml samples from a site called ELiquidSamples, and they were pretty good.

I just put an order in yesterday with The Vapor Hut for The Pumpkin King (I think that's the name), which is supposed to be a pumpkin pie eliquid, and an eggnog flavor (can't think of the name offhand, something like Santa's Helper, or at least something with Santa in it). This is our first order from them, they are another vendor that is out of our price range for regular orders.
