Seattle area?

Hey all,

Just getting ready to make my *first* purchase. But before I do I thought I'd check and see if anyone knows of a place in the Seattle/Tacoma area that might have some inventory? Would love to support a local retailer (encourage more) before I order online.

My wife and I both work at places where there is definitely a market waiting to happen so if I'm looking online I think I will be needing a wholesaler or at least a retailer that will cut a deal on larger orders. Recommendations?

That post was back in April. I thought I'd reply to it to see if anyone has since that time found vendors in the Seattle area. I did find one. They seem to be only web-based and seem to sell only one model (which, being new to this, I can't identify -- the name is shown only as "eVapor"). Not much information on their web site, and judging by other posts I see here and various vendors' web sites, the local company's prices on atomizers are a bit high -- same as their price for replacement batteries: $18.95. So, still looking for other Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond/Everett area vendors. If there are any.

Considering that Seattle is a port city that does major business with China, I would have thought there'd be more vendors in this area by now. Having been warned off one of the mall-based companies (via a number of 'watch out about these guys!' posts here) I'm not much inclined to go to the local mall for this gear...

I'm a garage shop, meaning a guy who bought a whole bunch cause I have a lot of friends who were interested. I don't have a huge web presence since I don't sell online. To many others and I don't have time to truly do online customer service along with my other business as a blacksmith.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Understood about the online business -- the on-line competition seems pretty fierce. The unit I'm looking for is the 801 (sorry, I should have said so earlier). Those don't seem to be stocked locally...
