It's so strange to come out into the daylight!
My husband, a hater of smoking (his mother died of lung cancer), thought I was smoking three cigs a day. BUT I was killing about a pack a day! Puffing away while he was at work or sneaking them in the bathroom.
When I visited family, I would also sneak them in the bathroom and open windows or spray air freshener like crazy.
I sew for my daughters, and they always sniffed things I made for them.
My own mother has emphysema, uses an inhaler and has been begging me to quit forever (her dad also died of lung cancer).

Wow!!! I just spent an hour scrubbing down the bathroom walls -- you mean they were WHITE?
Tonight will be one week without analogs and I couldn't be happier.
It's seriously a huge life-changer.:)

Congrats to you Pennylynn-I tried hiding it from my husband after a few failed quit attempts-he never caught on to why I was suddenly walking the dog so much...but it caught up with me eventually and I had to fess up I was back to -I too am glad I found vaping and enjoy it so much-hope vaping is successful for you too-you'll definitely have cleaner walls now and use a lot less air refreshener!

Congratulations. I had been quitting smoking for about 8 years. A few weeks with gum or lozenges here and there but I always was dying for a smoke. Since I've been vaping (60 days yesterday) I haven't had one and absolutely do not desire it. I can say for sure that I'm done.

The funny thing is I was trying to hide how much I smoked, like you describe. Now I know there is no hiding that smell--no amount of hand washing or gum or driving with the car windows down. The only person I was fooling was myself.

Good luck!

PennyLynn, This sounds inspiring to me. Congrats on taking steps to make your life and your family's life better. I am looking forward to a similar experience, if I can ever find the juice and equipment in Japan. Anyone who has any information about vaping in Japan or where to buy stuff, please send me a message.
