Segelei Zmax Battery

I have a Segelei Zmax arriving this week. What's the best battery to use in it ? Button top or flat top ? Brand ?

ok thanks. I was just going to use the 18650 battery. My local b&m store (AltSmoke) has the AW 18650 button tops, which i was going to get. Just making sure. I read one post somewhere on here, that said flat tops work better, because less pressure on the head unit, and to stay 2000 mah and under because of battery sizes.

yea the AW 18650's are perfect for it try to get the 2000 mah ones they last considerably longer then the 1600 mah ones do

Just to let you know, I just unscrewed my sigelei and dropped in my Ultrafire XSL 28650 2600Mah
No problem with fit at all. It is actually 86mm long.
I believe the new Samsung/Panasonic 3400's would fit without any problem. I'm sure the high output for the eVic would fit. eVic has a plastic sleeve that restricts fit and it works in there.
Okay, back to 350 mode - LOL

just be careful if the battery cap on the sigelei seems even slightly tight dont use the battery or just leave the cap loose, i broke my first one this way the + post is just held in place by a tiny piece of solder to the edge on the circuit board kind of like a T )the top of the T being the battery post) and to big of a battery snaps it right off.

ok thanks jazon. thats what i read. I'll probably just stick with the aw or efest 2000mah button tops. should be good to go, right ?
