Are there any legal issues I should be aware of with me selling e-cig pods I won't be using, say on eBay?

Not worth it at this point. By law, you have to verify that the individual purchasing any e-cigarette item is 18 or over. Be better to get verified for the Classifieds here on ECF and post 'em there.

Edited to add: Fleabay also considers it a tobacco product which they prohibit from being listed for sale. If you do list it, don't be surprised if it's taken down.

I read recently that eBay is removing vaping product posts from vendors so you might want to look at the TOS of eBay.
I assume the Sunday-night approval business doesn't apply with the automated PayPal process? If so, why don't I see classifieds now? Did I miss a step?
Gonna try classifieds this forum, thanks. My guess they will sell immediately.
