The Sentinal is pretty much a tube that holds a battery. By itself, it won't make clouds!
The top with the liquid is where the rest of the action takes place - the coil and the wick and the airflow - all inside an atomizer or RDA or RBA or RTA or SOMETHING, THAT's what determines the amount of vapor, the temperature, and the density of flavor you'll get.

If you have a photo, people here could help identify what you have, and then perhaps recommend what to do with it.

But for BIG clouds, you will need to learn how to build a coil and wick it...

Well, im pretty sure its just the basic one, as in it was bought as is from the box. Im not savvy with the lingo and stuff

Like Train2 said, for BIG clouds it's going to depend greatly on your build, but if you're currently using a tank, you may want to look into the RDA and drip. You can get some decent clones online, like the Plume Veil or Little Boy RDAs are just a couple that I like. If you end up building, make sure you understand the ohms and what your battery can handle. You're probably going to want to invest in an 510 ohm meter and possibly a multimeter. Good luck and enjoy the vape!

Well, you've got a good battery - I just bought that same one.
I THINK that's a "Castle" rebuildable dripping atomizer (RDA).

Do you have a vape shop you can visit and ask for some help with the coil and wick??
Youtube has a TON of videos - but it would be great if someone could help build a coil and wick it and TEACH you what they're doing at the same time!

There MAY be something funny going on inside there - it's hard to see. But there's 1 coil and you may want 2 for big clouds(also if the cap has two holes), and the wick may be falling apart (what's that stuck on the inside of the cap??).

You DO need to learn to re-wick, and maybe to re-build the coil.

Here's one build (high energy dude), and here's another (low energy dude).
You'll need an ohm-reader, to make sure your coil is SAFE - not shorted, and not TOO low resistance for the battery...

ive actually never taken it off till now, it was a handmedown from a friend.
