I recently ordered a Sentinel M16 from OKC Vapes (who, btw have been prompt with my orders and I hope will continue with good customer service) as well as a trident.

I couldn't be happier with the trident. However, when I received the M16 I immediately noticed some major issues. First, I found the that trident would not fit onto the M16 at all. I found this a little ironic since they are both from Grand Vapor. I then attempted to place my cobra and my AGT on the M16. Both of these fit... Somewhat. While I was able to get them on, they did not sit right and were loose. I was able to get the trident connected with a 510 to 510 adapter, but it was still loose. In fact, if I screw the top part of the tube up to fit the battery, instead of the bottom, the pin in the top cap is pushed up and most attys simply fall out.

At this point, I was ok with using the adapter and keeping the top part of the tube screwed down, despite the threading issues. Then another issue came up. After moderate use over the course of an hour, I noticed the bottom button was starting to get a bit clicky and the nut to lock the pin had come off the threading. Then, the bottom pin completely fell off, shooting the spring across my car. Putting the bottom cap back together was easy, but I noticed that the pin was still pretty loose. To use the M16, I have to remove the bottom cap and re-tighten everything. This occurs every 30 minutes or so with moderate use (I usually vape while I'm working or reading, taking a few puffs every few minutes).

I'm really disappointed with the M16, especially since I love my trident and was really looking forward to using it on the M16. For the price of the M16, I expected something with a relatively high quality. The M16 does have a few things going for it. It feel great and sturdy. The threading on the tube is buttery smooth and the bottom button, when tightened, has a great feel. However because the threading issues with the 510 connector, and the fact that the pin needs constant adjusting, makes this mod almost useless to me. On the other hand, my trident is now my favorite atty, with really good deck and posts are easy to set up. Since these are both from the same manufacturer, I'm honestly shocked that the poor quality of the mod.

I don't know, maybe I just got a dud and this device is normally decent. I have contacted OKC Vapes and I'm hoping I can get this resolved with ease. I wanted to post this as a warning to anyone who is considering getting this mod and I was curious if anyone else has one of these and has similar problems or if theirs works well.

Yeah, I sent it back to OKC Vapes. They said it looked fine and the bottom button's are naturally loose. Great customer service btw, their replies were prompt. Anyways, I have it back now and I'm beginning to think the issue was more with my atty, specifically my trident. After testing it out on a number of things, I've noticed that the damn thing sit crooked on a number of things, or sometimes doesn't fit at all.
