She is known as The Iron Lady .

I said I was "pretty confident" and "quite certain". Sure is another thing. But of all the images I looked at for the contest, those were the only ones that were close to Imeo's. I'm still quite confident. Same eye shape and tear duct (with the eye color changed and tear duct stretched), same absence of eyelashes, same nose (with a little work there), same wrinkle angle and puffiness, same powdery complexion, and everything, even down to the dark space in the lower-left, by the earring. I think his image actually came from the book cover photo, or this one . . .

Another thing to consider is that Imeo never came back with anything saying "not yet" or to give us any clues. This made me believe that the correct name had already been posted. When I found these images of Margaret Thatcher and compared them, they convinced me I had the right name.
