Everytime I get a good setup going with a good juice I'm enjoying, something has to happen to ruin it. As some of you might know I washed my Ego this past week. Battery still worked but it killed the atty. I have new atty's so I was like, eh, no biggie. My all day vap lately has been VR Apple Cinnamon and Cinna-bomb. So I get the primer out of a new atty, drop a bunch of Apple Cinnamon in it, fill up the same cart I was using with the old atty, and take a few puffs... I get a nasty burnt cinnamon flavor. So I take off the atty and repeat. Over, and over and over and over, until I finally just filled up the entire atty with juice and let it drip out. NOTHING worked, so I try another new atty. Same deal... Why does it have to be such a pain to get back a good setup? I've been vaping since February, so I'm not a "noob" noob. I've very familiar with these things, even tinker with making mods and such. But every few months a setup will get messed up like this on me, I'll try to mimic it with a new setup, and it never comes out the same. So I end up buying a pack of analogs and avoid the e-cigs for weeks/months out of frustration like I'm doing again now.

UGH! I just had to vent that! I'm so tired of this stupid learning curve and tricky setups. JUST WORK! :(

Doberz-so sorry. I have read about an awful lot of new atomizers having this burnt taste right up front. I wonder if there is a bad batch out there. Makes one start to think, what are they doing to these things?
If you are one to clean them, try a quick hot water wash with a vodka or alcohol soak. I have done those once, it just never worked for me. Wish I had some insight for you. Hope you get back on board soon. Luck sent your way.

Or you could:

and/ or this:

If you do the above, do it at your own risk. I did this to 2 successfully. I still don't like the taste that come from those bad boys.

I don't see the links, huh?

Thanks for the input! I plan on working on it more tomorrow. The attys I'm using are from my new Ego kit I just got, so you might be right about a bad batch being out there. Right now I'm puffing on some Strawberry Watermelon, but it's not that good. I want my cinnamon back! I'm not wanting to try it in my used attys yet because the cinnamon flavor tends to stick to attys.

It really is a learning curve. I never got the whole atomizer/cart or atomizer dripping and switched to cartomizers in first few weeks of vaping. They clog up fast and cost more than atomizier/cartridges but they work pretty consistentaly for me. But still had to learn to keep them full properly etc etc.. Best advice I can give is to keep trying and ask for advice there are lots of people here who went through the same things.

I'm never able to get a setup going for long. Either I find a combination I like and I'm unable to repeat the results later, or it works and then I break or lose a critical component, or it just stops working. The past two weeks my secondary has been an E8 (which I ordered by accident) battery and Camel prefilled cartridges. This is just the best thing in the world; the color scheme is way cool, it tastes much better than a tobacco cigarette, and every puff makes me dread the day it's going to stop. Actually, I ordered the cartridges by accident and then bought the battery because I had the cartridges.
