This is my second post. My first post answered all my questions and everyone was so nice I thought I'd ask about my leaking Subvod. I've googled repeatedly and tried all the fixes including tilting the vod at an angle towards me and sucking the juice from the mouthpiece without firing it up. Oh Joy! Don't ever do that if your machine is leaking a lot out of the mouthpiece. Ive tapped in little wires in the coils to make sure they weren't sticking out past the seal. I've done everything and it still leaks. I don't think it's me.. I had a Kanger evod mega that I used and never had this problem with large amounts of juice going into my mouth. Am I sucking too hard? I mean it just floods my mouth sometimes and then sometimes not and I'm not doing anything different than when I was using my evod. I just don't get it. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you & peace out:spam:

Did you try another coil? Sounds like it's missing a O-ring or it's just not screwed down tight and it's coming in underneath the coil. Typically if it's flooded wrap paper towel around the air flow and blow it out or just fire it up a few times without sucking. Could be caused by sucking to hard if your AFC is tight for MTL and your trying to DTL it. Should just be a few drops though not gushing into your mouth like that.

The subvod mega kit comes with a kanger toptank mini.
Verified authentic or clone/copycat?
Are you using replaceable heads or the RBA?
If you're using replaceable heads which one, authentic or?
Are all seals /o rings in place?
Is the head or rba deck tight into the base?

The inhalation method will be considerably different using a toptank versus an evod.
Tight airflow settings settings similar to an evod will flood most of the replaceable heads, if you like restricted airflow the 1.2Ω & 1.5Ω are designed to work better with low/restricted airflow/tighter draw.

When the head comes loose from or isn't installed tight enough into the base they usually leak from the airflow chamber / airflow control holes first, but certainly can cause liquid in the mouth.
A flooded head will deposit e liquid into your mouth.
Some causes are;
under powering - using too little power to fully vaporize the liquid.
too hard & fast draw for airflow setting - pulls more liquid into the wicking material than can be vaporized which builds up & floods the head.
condensation build up in chimney / air tube / mouthpiece - this has no other places to go but down into the head flooding it or into your mouth.
Best to keep inhaling a couple seconds after releasing the fire button & occasionally twist up a napkin or paper towel & dry the mouthpiece / air tube/chimney. Some folks use a qtip.

Doing this ^^^will cause even more flooding.

Turn the tank upside down and dry out the chimney with a scrunched up tissue or paper towel.
Q-tips work too if it's only a little flooded.

You may need to do this if the device has been sitting unused for a while, or if it's been left in a hot environment like in a hot car(don't do that)

And as Grandogg said if you pull too hard with a restricted airflow it may cause flooding/excess wicking. Cheers.

I think it was the coil. Crazy. I've never had a coil do this. Thanks so much..

If it came with a RBA it's a clone. SubVod Mega TC don't include a RBA head with the TopTank Mini only separately unless there is a new kit I'm unaware of that does. For the extra $5 I was going to buy one till I found that out.
It didn't come with an RBA but I found out earlier I have a clone.. I'm thinking of going RBA because of the savings...Do you know a good place to get the RBA? Thanks so much.

It was the coil. Unfortunately I bought a clone from ebay (without knowing) and the replaceable heads suck. That's the first thing I should have tried was checking the coil.. Thanks so much.

I found this out the hard way after watching a youtube video showing me how to tilt it...Next time I'll go for the paper towel method. Thanks

FastTech for RBA, you can get 1 "authentic" for $6 or 5 clones for $6. Should call it SlowTech though it'll be 1-3 months before you get it usually.
Really? I'd like to get a RBA kit but I have no idea where. I've been looking but I'm unsure which RBA is compatible for my subvod TC.

kanger makes great tanks but terrible coils. the RBA deck is the only way to go with kanger tanks. I use these $7.74 Replacement RBA Coil Head for SUBTANK Mini Clearomizer (4-Pack) 4-pack - 0.5ohm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping. the free shipping is very slow but I pay and extra $1 frequently less for faster shipping and usually get my order within 2 weeks after it ships. sometimes items are out of stock and it takes a few days before they ship to come back in stock.but most of my vaping equipment comes from this company.

Cool. I'm totally into saving money.. Now, will these fit my Kanger subvod mega TC. It's the word mini that throws me since I have a mega?. Also, where do I go about getting the cotton and wire and such? I really appreciate your taking the time to help. I make all my own juice so getting an RBA is the next step in this for me.

I was thinking of getting something like this because it leaves the guesswork out of it for me. Then I can get the other RBA heads from fasttech. KangerTech Kanger Subtank Series RBA Coil Head 0.5 Ohm *Authentic*. Do you think this would fit my subvod mega TC?

If you are wondering about the clone/real coil performsnce,, do look at the forum consensus. Located at the product description page..
Umm. I'm really terrible at this stuff. I don't mind clones if they work as well as the authentic. You said "Located at the product description page."..Which product description page?
