Hey guys,

Im currently using a 510 penstyle with cartomisers (80mm battery) with a pcc and this works perfectly for my usual day-to-day needs but Christmas is coming and im going to need a set-up for the long journey home.

My drive home could take up to 10hours in really bad weather, 6hours in decent weather and i don't want to have to stop a lot to drip into my carto or change battery...

I have 2 old ego-t batteries and loads of tanks so im debating just buying a new atomiser for this. If i stick with this set-up, im really gonna need to know how to clean the atomiser as i ruined one last time with diet coke!

All suggestions are welcome although please remember im a poor student!lol!x

If you have one of those cigarette lighter to usb plugs, you could get a passthru dongle and a vivi nova or something. That way you don't have to worry about trying to swap around batteries.

EC Blend has one for like, $18, the perpetual 10020 code (20% off) code is probably applicable to it.

Hoosier has genuine vision vivi novas for like $13, with three atomizer heads included, should be enough to last the trip.

But they're both in the states, the shipping probably isn't worth it for you. not familar with UK stores to show you localish options.

If battery life is in question try a ego-t 18650

Center item in the photo. The battery in it will last for days.

If you load some cartos you should be fine. Consider that you will have to stop anyway every couple hours for your comfort and safety and it won't take long to drip in a couple cartos to refresh them. Your eGo-T batteries can handle a 510 carto as well. A T-atty could be OK as a backup but not my personal first choice for equipment but if you think you may use it in future it may be worth it. A Mini Nova for the eGot-T would be the best gear if they are available to you and your budget can handle it.

Have a Safe and Happy Holiday!

With my 2 Ego-T batteries and loads of spare tanks left over, I did go for that option in the end. I really don't like atomisers but it's so much more convenient for the journey...there's there and back to consider...I reckon maybe getting a tank/carto set-up for the long-term future is a good idea though... Maybe next pay-day! I already spent £50 on my December bits! 2 packs of SR boge cartos, 1 ego-t atomiser, 30ml virginia and 5 5ml trial bottles and a new 510 battery... Happy Christmas to meeeeeee! Lol!x
