Welcome to Ecf steven! U can check the post count by clicking your profile. After you got enough posts, go to sgvaper, the link provided to you and thats where all sg vapers at.

Dormouse is imo the most helpful resident helpster..
You can try contacting the vendor via the contact tab on the site.
Doubt anyone gona give you a straight up answer on where the site is based. If you're residing in Singapore now.. you should know why
I've ordered the VET from that site before. Works as stated and that means "connection issue" included as you scroll down to the bottom.
