@BreeZyCloudZ Man, if you would spend as much time making your own coils as you did stealing other people pictures, maybe you'd have something worthy of posting here yourself. Builders are very particular about receiving credit for their builds. You have collectively taken a gigantic dump on everyone in the building community by posting this. If you want to re-post someones work, ask them.

Yea, i just posted to show some other builds, they are off instagram. I didnt say they were mine. And like the post above. I said they were NOT mine. If youd like, i can put each builder of each pic. The builders off instagram let theyre pics get reposted all the time. Didnt know it would be taken like that....
If i wanted to steal them, i woulda cropped out the water marks, and put my own watermark on there
Heres the IG name of each builder in the order of each pic, i thought leaving the watermarks were there so i didnt have to add it, but I really just wanted to show some of my favorite builds, I never claimed they were mine, I just like them....

The coils that I have seen on this thread have inspired me. I don't think I can afford the juice to sub-ohm. So, I made a build that works nice at about 13.2 watts. It vapes nice but needs about 2 to 3 seconds to ramp up. This is my first nonstandard coil build. I used 32-gauge kanthal wire with a triple-braid. Inner diameter of coil about 1/8 inch with 8 wraps(I think); 1.32 ohm. Please excuse the poor quality of these photos. The cell phone camera is all I have.
You can just up the watts to speed up the ramp up, but also, you dont have to go super low subohm, you should try around a .5, thats a fairly high subohm that shouldnt eat alot of juice
Thanks for the advice BreeZyCloudZe. I am currently limited to 20 watts by my device. I have to go 6 more months without smoking before I can justify getting another device without my wife popping like a flooded coil. With that restriction in mind I am looking at coil builds between 1.5 and 1.8 ohms. I think these values give me the greatest range of power with my device. I am currently chasing taste. I do have an Ideal for another build that I haven't seen done yet. I'm just waiting on wire to arrive in the mail. Actually, two different builds, but I don't think one of those builds will work. I have to try it on the off chance that it actually works without hot spots.
