Sharpies and batteries

Hello all,
Is it safe to write on batteries with a sharpie? I'm an old, even with glasses I can barely see the + or - on a battery and need to accentuate the positive!! TIA

Yep. Just fine to use a sharpie on the plastic wrapper.

to ecf Soignee. I sure hope so cause I've been doing it for a long time. I see no problem with it. It does come off and I have to re-apply. Minor inconvenience. Good luck to you ad happy vaping.

Yep - it will rub off though - at least a regular sharpie does. There's probably something around the house more permanent I should use, but I used a sharpie...

i label mine 1-6 so i can keep them in a non confusing rotation and when i have a problem down the road with one not holding a charge i know exactly which ones the culprit

I mark my w/sharpie and then cover w/scotch tape leaving a loose tag as handle to help w/pulling out of REO.

its also a handy idea to write the date on the battery when you receive it. that way you remember how old the cell is way down the road.

With four batteries and one mod, I have numbered my batteries so they can be rotated for use. Not sure this is needed, just seemed to be a good idea to rotate through them instead of using the same one or two all the time.
