Shelf life of nicotine juice???

Does anybody know the shelf life of nicotine juice? I would like to try mixing my own, but need more information before really attempting this. I know that you need to wear protective gear, but that's all I know. I'd really appreciate some input from experienced vapers...thanks!

Nicotine base juice (50 mg/ml in PV) I have received has a date on the label of 2 years from the date mixed.

Other USA mixed e-Juices have had a date of one year on them.

I suspect refrigeration prolongs the life. As well, I've seen suggestions that juices be stored in a cabinet...away from light.

I believe they say PG Base Nic is 2yrs and VG Base is 1.5yrs however I wouldn't vape either if that old, fresh is best is my policy, so only buy what you think you will use in 90 days is a safe program to run by. my personal opinion only !

There is a thread in the ECF library that tells you how to freeze nic. I have had good results with it. I agree the fresher the better but what I have frozen seems to be as fresh as the day that I put it in freezer. I suggest reading the info in the DIY thread on this forum before attempting DIY. You will find lots of useful info there. Good luck.

Thanks everybody for the info. I was thinking that if nicotine gets banned, OMG I hope it never does, I could have a stash of at least the nicotine and mix my own juices with flavorings and PG/VG that I can get from the pharmacy? I'll have to look at the videos on how to do this. Again, thanks for the helpful info. Happy vaping!
