Oooh okay, but I downloaded it on a windows computer and When I tried to open it it’s written that I only can do that with a program called ”WinZip” and that it requires payment. Do you know any other programs I can open the map with?

File is compressed. Don't just double-click on it because you need do decompress first.

Click right button on mouse when over the file and choose option that should be something like "extract file.." (Windows can extract the file with a native software)

Because after I decompressed, it’s written that its unable to find software to open this file with which means I need to download one, or am I totally lost?

I'm on my phone so not sure what is inside the file after decompression.

It's either an executable file .exe that you just double click and install a program or It's like an update you download like updating your mod.

In the same site there's an update software for that vape mod you have. The cancel password could be a package to use with the update software. So you can in fact need the updating software too.

7zip is free. 7-Zip
WinRaR also has a trial version that works fine. WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files

Extract the compressed file you downloaded, it creates a folder called" Sigelei Chronus Shikra Software Cancel Password"
Inside that folder extract "SGLvape(win)_V1.10.rar" to a folder called "SGLvape(win)_V1.10".
Run SGLvape(win)_V1.10.exe to start the firmware updater.

Thank you guys alot! I fixed it! I have a question tho, I have used it for like 10 min now and it gets really hot. I almost burned my lips. Is there anything wrong with it?

then I haven't a clue unless it's the chip heating up. Are you chain vaping?

-Confirm airflow is open
-Don't let liquid get too low on tank especially when chain vaping
-If coil is new perhaps is not wicking fast enough
-Lower the power.
-Check if there is any pre-heat function giving you a gazillion watts for some initial seconds
-Hot liquid going straight to mouth because of spitback

Maybe it's just me, but why would a mod have a password? I was not aware of this... is there any practical reason for it? I'm not making issue with it, just curious.

If you have kids you can ostensibly lock the kids out of the device. The MVP 5 has a passcode however at least on my device it terminates after 2 hours and resets itself LOL
