• Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers

Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

I might have jumped to under 10% too soon. Everything seems bland to me at the moment. I'm even toying with buying an old fav retail juice again just to see what it tastes like . Sacrilege I know
Everyone's taste bud cells regenerate every 10 days to 2 weeks. Foods with too much salt or drinks that are too hot or cold mess with them.

Taste and Flavor - Taste Bud Facts at WomansDay.com

You can easily retrain them. Shock. I say go even lower with your percentages. Your taste buds will respond. It may take a little while but they will totally relearn as you change things up. They're Smart! :)

Sounds like good advice. Might try upping my flav percentage by a couple before I buy any retail juice. Also I've become lazy with my DIY - I read posts from DIY gurus like Letitia, Zazie, SMT, Charlie, Ange etc and feel a bit overwhelmed. Time to pull my finger out and try some totally new recipes.
I am a hack with DIY. What works best I've learned through much trial and error (many errors ;)). I love learning new DIY stuff all the time from people.

@Zazie has an awesome blog she maintains with zillions of DIY recipes. All are from ECF DIY'ers. There many good ones there. Zazie's blog | E-Cigarette Forum

@AngeNZ has a DIY blog that is blossoming by the day with her creations. DIY Recipes I've Created | E-Cigarette Forum

In the end I think we're all just a bunch of knuckleheads learning from each other. :D

I don't stress over % with any brand. My recipes range anywhere from 2-11%. If it tastes good to me I'm fine with flavor content. I'm the same way with nic mg, no interest in forcing myself to go lower until my body tells me it's time. Besides there is no way I'm ever giving up salt!

    Morning all!

A couple friends stopped in on their way from Utah to Pennsylvania. One I’ve known 20 years, the other only online till now. Was nice to finally meet in person. As an added bonus, I got to see this beautiful girl, too. I saw her as a 9 month old filly, now she’s a gorgeous 4 year old.

Fortunately my lawn guy hasn’t been here in two weeks and we had a bit of rain. The grass is very lush. Andiamo approved.

The neighbor was a bit alarmed (in an amused sort of way) and came over to ask where I intended to keep the new pet, but I assured him she was only visiting.
Thanks for sharing! Andiamo is gorgeous. Pretty Italian name. I would love to ride her.

To me, it’s dependent on the flavors in the recipe. I have equally balanced mixes that range one from @3% up to another at @20%. Depends on the brand and individual flavors.

What a beauty! Hope she stayed around long enough to get the yard all trimmed lol

    Hi Opie

If you mean the gammaglobulin I've cancelled my second one which was supposed to be for tomorrow as I'm still waiting for a response from my consultant. One things for sure if it's going to cause four days of really bad side effects then I'm sure it's doing more harm than good. My Oxy reduction is going really well so far though. Soon be off the stuff...well in a couple of months. I was so worried that I would have no control on myself but actually it's been relatively easy so far.

How're you going? How's the sciatica pain and inflammation. Is it settling down a bit more?
    Sending hugs

I'm not sure the exact name of the medicine I'm talking about where your concerned without going through your post history some, but it was something that was really long which started with an "R" which they gave you in hospital (or clinic) slowly via an IV over the course of a very long day either last Thursday or Friday (just a couple days ago)

Was that a second gammaglobulin that went poorly? If so I'm sorry to hear it...

As far as myself, with my spending the day between the doctors and hospital for tests last Tuesday which was both painful and exhausting, followed by Wednesday with first PT then OT... I was done for by Thursday...

I spent Thursday and Friday in bed barely able to make it to the bathroom even with help, but the rest was needed and helpful.

By Saturday I was doing really well, able to get up and around both on my own and without a walker, so I overdid things a little much and am more sore today as a result, but still more mobile and in generally less pain than I have been since surgery... (although I'm not trying to do laundry today.. haha)

Just hoping to keep it up (less pain) a bit.. lol. :) I see week two postop to be looking up though!

@Letitia Myeah, guess it’s the same with building. More of a feeling thing than exact science. At least that’s how it’s been for me. Any good citrus tips and recommendations?
    What citrus' do you have?

    Did ya know... :D

It's breathtaking to consider that each of our two eyes is composed of 130 million photoreceptor cells. In each one of those cells, there are 100,000,000,000,000 (100 trillion) atoms - more than all the stars in the Milky Way galaxy.

There's no magic percentage that works every time. Because I have to have ice cream in everything, that always boosts my percentages up regardless. With a new flavour, I usually start at the lower end (from ELR flavour notes) and increase it until I am happy with it. You're the one vaping your mixes, so it doesn't matter if it's 10%, 15% or 25% - as long as you like the result
