I wish I did not love my macchiato so much... I burned through 70mls of it in a week. The coils in my alpine that I use for driving loaded up with my apple cinnamon muffin looks like your coils after 3 weeks.
I used Black Flag Enriched until I went broke. Used to gunk the coils up quite a bit. Changed the wick every day when I was using that.

Ughhhh! I ordered a double barrel from Roadside and some batteries from RTD, priority mail ( or as usps views it, in a week or so we MIGHT drop it off)
Ooooh! Those double barrels look nice. You will have to post a review when you get it Mines scheduled for delivery tomorrow. It is in LV already. Probably 2 miles away but holiday and all. I have cleared my schedule tomorrow so I can hide in the bushes and pounce when the mailman arrives.

I clean and change wicks about twice a week.
Dark and sweet juices will do that. When I said mine was clear I wasn't joking lol

@Sickbxy , with that type of juice you need to rewick and dry burn and clean your coils more often. Opinionated is correct, you don't want to be vaping charcoal. It's not good for your lungs, OR your equipment. The good news is the more you rewick, the faster you will get at it but with that juice, in THAT RTA, twice a week isn't good enough. You're going to have undesirable things contaminating your vape, and it isn't healthy. You could try rayon if you haven't. It has a longer shelf life (although too sweet or too dark will gunk anything) and it withstands heat better without burning. You MAY be able to get away with twice a week with rayon, although it sounds to me that you are practically drinking that juice. Maybe get a backup vape to rotate while chain vaping, and try some different juices. Any wick will gunk up at some point, but there are things you can do to delay the process, and not chain vaping on one setup would help. If you like the RTA, you could get a couple of them, and do some chain vaping with rotation. More PG or even some distilled water might help your vape as well.

I wouldn't vape off those coils if you paid me, or at least, didn't pay me a fair amount. LOL.

I'm considering the TAC21 but not crazy about the top cap they added. Wish they would have released a larger DBv2. Silver TAC21 won't be available for a few weeks, maybe it will grow on me after some here at ECF have it. Almost ordered the black when they released it to fb group with discount, decided to hold out for silver.

My coffee (favorite) is really bad on coils, blacken them the moment you hit the fire button! Not really gunked up that bad yet though! I had 3-5mm chunks coming off Saturday. Lmao
*Edit I thought it was a dripper. I don't have experience with rebuildable tanks only rda's. I don't know how wicking and airflow works in those...

Got one last week, ordered a second. It’s a solid mod with two batteries, smaller than you think ( compared to Pico/al85, slightly narrower, about 3/4” taller than the battery cap). No TC. If you don’t like simple, you’ll hate it. Incredible battery life, and you can lock the watts. Battery door is a little tricky. Slide it out, to put it back in put the front end in, the lower the back and press and slide. You’ll understand when you see yours

I looked at the original photo, zoomed in and compared to this photo, the original was totally totally dark and out of focus! Totally can’t judge off of that one! Hahahah

It's still pretty gross, @Sickbxy !!! Stop taking pictures of it and rewick it. Pride in vaping is ONE thing, pride in that is.... Something else, I believe. Etc.

Would you like me to send you some rayon? I feel bad for your tastebuds and lungs, vaping is supposed to be HEALTHIER. LOL.
