I use 36 personally I dilute it immediately. I habe a kid and dog and even though I am very careful I just would rather minimize risk that anything could possibly happen. Plus I got 36 in my eye once and that was bad enough. Couldnt imagine 100.
I was impressed, he was so nonchalant, was: "oh, have to wash my eyes, nicotine. Rubbed them". I said, that's what gloves are for, what nic?". "100mg, don't need no stinkin gloves."

I don't use gloves or glasses. Water is very effective if needed. Only once did I get a couple of drops on my skin, wiped it off and a quick rinse, noticed zero effects.

He's not human!
If I didn't know any better, like the guy who he was talking to, I would have never known... I just saw him go to the back and mix some up and then say he got some in his eye. At first, based off his reaction, I thought he had some juice splash; then I put two and two together...

need so more info, what vg/pg % do you vape and is there is reason not to get 100mg?
Either 50/50 or 30/70, 3 nic. I was looking at a 240ml bottle. If I had ANY idea what I was doing, I wouldn’t ask. Y’all have alot of knowledge and patience

may be worse for him when it's grass cutting season and needs to fill the tank.

48mg is less toxic and more forgiving to noobs while handling and measuring.
I’m used to working in a fume hood with far more dangerous chemicals than nic, so I think I’ll be okay there. It’s picking what would store best and be easier to diy

I need your opinions (yes, I know that’s a dangerous lead-in)... I vape 3nic. If I want to stockpile some for future diy, could I get 24mg pg/vg and cut and flavor it when the time comes? I thought I had a page earmarked that said it should be only vg or pg, can’t recall which

When I started DIY, I initially purchased 36mg nic for similar reasons - I was unfamiliar with it, afraid of a mess or spill on my hands. Then I mixed a few times and found a simple routine that worked for me and thought why wouldn't I buy 100mg - price was the same as 36mg and it took up less space in the freezer. I mix by weight so the math (and mixing) is easy. No kids, but I am careful around the cat. I think she likes juice, she always watches me..LOL.

PG is a lot thinner than VG, so it's easier to pour and mix. My easy recommendation, if you like high VG, get it in VG base because flavors are usually in PG, if you like high PG, get it in PG because then you're not adding a lot of VG. If you are in the middle, they both work and I might go VG because you'll be adding more PG to dilute it. I have some nic in PG and some in VG. They both work and that's all that matters to me. There are some discussions as to which last longer in a deep freeze, some lean towards VG but the difference is probably nominal if stored properly.

Crimey, I didn’t realize flavoring came in pg... in my addled little brain, I was thinking take the high nic base, dilute to desired nic level, then add flavors.

My main point is I just don't understand what makes it easier. Maybe if you use similar flavor percentages in all your recipes. I kinda get the diluting I guess. For me it just adds another step that isn't needed at my house. My pets just sit and watch until they realize there is no food involved, then back to napping.
I have used rhe same recipe forever. I just get everything in the needed amounts and I have a 1 liter bottle dump it in and shake. I havent made juice for other people in a long time. I know I'm boring but it goes with coffee, monster, and beer and that's the most important thing to me. :toast:

Your fine then with 100mg. . It's easier to store for most people, and properly stored in a freezer lasts 10 years... I've heard some say it can last longer if your careful about air, but I'm not going that far.. I'm good with 10 years myself.

Honestly, I'm going to say I doubt any of us even use gloves but with the lack of common sense these days we always tell people to use precautions or some idiot would try and bathe in it..

I have 36 and 48 mg/ml nic solution that is stored in a room temp dark cabinet. One nearly empty bottle is almost four years old. The 24 will keep just fine the same way.

The biggest benefit of using high concentration solution is that you'll use less of it. One 240 ml bottle of any concentration will last you a good long time.

Your vape juice calculator will make the mixing ratios easy. I'd say use whatever you feel comfortable with.

That's exactly what you do. The flavorings are already suspended in PG, there is nothing for you to do but add the desired amount, PG is just most commonly used to suspend the flavor in..

since your not high vg,you can go with pg base for easier mixing.i would suggest 100mg for price and size.here is a e-juice calculator.eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator

I don't use pg in most of my mixes, I get enough from flavors and use 4% dw to thin the vg some. Works great in my tanks and rtas and my lungs feel less heavy as well.

Is anyone else getting the 502 errors tonight? Very annoying. Have had to restart for ECF twice this evening. Every other site is working fine.

I'll see you all tomorrow. Going to walk off some irritation with my Em and the cats.
