I got an order yesterday. I got the 30ml 100mg for 18.95. I orderd it on Wed, 2nd June and got it on Sat with First Class for 2.75 shipping. It got here as fast as if I had chose priority shipping! 
Levy explained to me that the cutoff for First Class non priority is 13oz. More than that and it has to go priority, hense more shipping costs.
