Shipping Delays During DC VapeFest

This will be posted to the site but figured I would put it up here too.

All orders up to 3/18/14 should have no problems going out before we leave. We will try to get everything out we can up to the last minute. We will not be shipping 3/20 through 3/26 and will resume 3/27.

There will be a backlog on orders at that point and they will be going out in the order they came in, we will catch back up as quickly as possible once we return.

In the past we have considered closing the store for event trips but our customers preferred that we leave it open with the delay noted and while it creates a bit of rush on our return and does end up generating some extra support email it seems to work out well for the most part on our side too.

Thanks everyone for understanding and we hope to get the opportunity to meet a lot of you in DC.

Well there will be some ragged hillbillies landing in DC tomorrow. We leave in five or six hours for the trip to the Airport then two hours there followed by a five and half hour flight. Would love for it to be fall down time once we get to the Dulles Hyatt where the event will be but we will still have to get some things together that we cant bring with us on the flight so Thursday afternoon will be putting the last few pieces together.
