I agree...Ordered my 2nd BSB on Friday...it's here today...yipeeeeeeeeeeeeee... I have 2 ( two ! ) BSB's in my possession. Life is Good !

Ya depends on when you ordered, had a night emergency and had to run out for the remaining of the night. Select orders from last night did not go out in time for the mail guy to pick them all up They will go out tomorrow for sure

See, that's what I'm talking about. Communication. Customer Service. My first Altsmoke order took a little longer, but sure enough, there was an email in my box explaining that he was buried in snow, and the post office was closed. They let you know if any unavoidable hiccups happen along the way. I'm sure it was just that their helicopter broke down.. LOL, but at least I knew about the delay, and was kept informed

i ordered late friday night (pacific time) and i figured it wouldn't even ship out until monday. then i saw a shipped email on saturday and was impressed just by that (working on the weekend). i checked my tracking but it didn't even have a chance to take effect 'cause the package was delivered today (monday) all the way from ohio to california. i have no idea how it got here so fast, the stars must have been aligned or something 'cause i've seen fast shipping but this is just unbelievable. altsmoke is definitely good for shipping and i'll definitely be ordering my ejuice from them in the future (that's awful how a supplier 2000 miles away can beat the more local venders and to think i was hesitating 'cause they were so far). definitely the fastest shipper in the ecig world!
