Shipping from GearBest

I'm sure it would be worth it for a big order, but in my case, if I was to pay $15 for shipping, I could have just bought it in the US for less.

I ordered from GearBest for the first time. The item shipped on 9/11 and the carrier was was listed as Netherlands Post surface mail, but the link takes me to Shenzhen Beishisheng Logistics.Co.,Ltd. The bellow is the last message posted. Is this a concern? It looks like it's still in customs or does this just mean it was passed to the USPS?

Enter the entire number including letters. I order a lot from GB and Netherlands Post does seem to be the slowest. I normally try and choose epacket if it is an option.

I just received an order today that was last updated "the transfer of customs" on the 19th. Unregistered Netherlands Post. Total of 3 weeks order to door. They seem to have fewer shipping options than they used to even a couple months ago. Funny thing is, they always seem to be quicker than fasttech at getting packages out of China, but they always end up gathering dust in Chicago or other slow US customs. My fasttech orders always come in through California, and move pretty quickly from there.

It is most likely in transit between China and US. Once it hits the US, it will show up on USPS tracking.

Last order that I placed with GB went NP and it took 2 months to get to me. I always get my orders from FT in 10 days or less. They have better shipping options IMHO

I do always opt for the insurance when I order from GB. Normally around $1.20.
