Shipping issue.. Placed first order. :(

Well,

Due to recent good reviews, despite a few horrible ones, I decided to give myfreedomsmokes a shot because of the rave review someone posted about their Cappucino.

To be honest, I haven't gotten my order yet. I paid Friday(8/21) of last week and as of now, no package. (8/27)

I got an email notification from USPS on Monday(8/24), but the package did not move until Wednesday(8/26). I'm assuming they did the Click-n-Ship on Monday, but didn't take it to the PO til Wednesday.

So far, I'm very very very disappointed. I haven't dealt with a seller yet that's taken more than 3 days from the order to get to me. My main supplier gets his stuff to me in 2 days! That' coming from PA to CA.

Considering I believe paying 5$ or so for shipping, I should have gotten it by now.. Unless the Capuccino is god-like that I would be willing to wait this long to get, this will most likely be my last order and am highly unlikely to recommend to anyone else.

You ordered a custom made juice (most of our juice is not prepackaged and is made per customer request) on Friday 8/21 - I am not sure what time you ordered but we are on the East Coast while you are on the West Coast, so the time you placed the order is critical. If you placed the order after noon your time then it would not have gone out until Wednesday at the latest. Orders take 24-48 hours to process and this does not include the weekend, as we are closed on the weekends.

Also, due to the distance between us, your order will most likely take the full three days to arrive in California; however, you might get it today. If you have not seen this by Saturday, please send me your information, so I can check on it for you.

I always get fast shipping from Myfreedomsmokes. Could be the PO is at fault which woulnt surprise me at all..
