My friend is going to stay a week in England. So I was hoping to ship him a package contains batteries ,atomizers ,Nicotine liquid ,e-liquid..etc,

I wonder how will customs work ? My friend is not an english citizens ,so I don't want him to have troubles with papers ..etc ?

What is prohibited to enter England ? I heard some European countries prohibit no "CE" PV's

Is this trip soon? There are UK vendors, perhaps you can buy stuff from them and have it delivered to friends in the UK.

Yes I know , but my cousin has my stuff the was rejected by Egyptian customs . I will buy most of my needs from UK.
