Shipping Notice (DHL can ship ejuice smoothly)

Dear customers:

We are sorry to inform you that China registered airmail and EMS shipping are affected because China customs tightened inspection of liquid due to the upcoming of the China President election (18th National Congress of the communist party of China) held on Nov.8, which is the most important political meeting in China.

We are sorry that we can not get liquid out of china via China registered airmail now. Most registered airmail orders shipped recently were greatly delayed or returned .

So we have to temporarily stop shipping China airmail orders to most countries, because we hate to keep you wait for long.

Sometimes we have some problems getting liquid out of china via EMS. Some EMS orders containing liquid were delayed for 3-10 days or longer. EMS orders without liquid can be shipped out of china smoothly.

We are glad to inform you that all DHL orders (with liquid or without liquid) have no problems clearing china customs and leaving china timely so far. (DHL orders including liquid need extra 2-3 days before leaving china.)

So we do suggest you to consider DHL, because DHL has no problems sending liquid and is the fastest and reliable shipping method. All DHL orders can be easily tracked on www.DHL.com with detailed processing, shipping and delivering information. If you are interested in DHL, but your country has no DHL option on our site, please contact with us, we are willing to offer more help.

EMS can get orders out of china. but orders containing ejuice need more days.

Against all my better jugdment I decied to also place a liquid order too, seperate from the above order, even though I am still waiting for my other order from 3 weeks ago.
Time to put trust in HC.
HC prices are excellent, so is the liquid and I just hope within a month all of my orders with the liquid will get to me including the one I am still waiting for.
I didn't go with DHL as the customs by end would be crazy with DHL so I stuck with ems.

We did ship orders to Canada via dhl and was told that receiver may need to pay a small fee when he gets the dhl order. so we do not make DHL option available to Canada.

Two orders 46$ and 196$ via DHL went straight to my door after 3-4 days (both included saturday and sunday) with no additional tax, so as for me, DHL is the best choice here.

I may be the only guest from Vietnam, though, would you mind pls add DHL option for Vietnamese customers so I can figure out shipping fee more conveniently?

Lucky for some mate, where I am 100% sure i'd be taxed 300% on what 'they' think the value is of the package.
Can't really afford to test it out either, so I'm sticking with ems.

Same here. I have 2 orders which went back to HC from regular airmail. I know, that the customs in my country will tax me too. So this is not going to work for me. Even without the liquids because they want a payment proof etc..

I've never paid any fees but the orders were from the UK not China

Bad news for me. I have bad experiences with Indonesian DHL, so I'll wait till next year hoping China EMS back to normal.
