I had made an order July 31st, its been two weeks so I decided to check up on the tracking number see how its coming along, now I'm noticing that I did not receive any order confirmation or shipping notice. I did get a payment receipt back from paypal however, nothing else from healthcabin. Is this normal?

we will send your order within 2 business days after we get your payment. we will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped.
