Shipping question :confused:

Hi guys,

After vaping the Intellicig and different Pen's I decided to switch ofter to a mod.

I watched hours of reviews I'm still amazed by the clouds of vapor the Puresmoker products produce.

I decided to go with the Protege because of it's great size and the USB Extension with 5V at home

So here is my question:

The Protege is listed as available in 24 hours but the USB Extension is available not until 2-3 weeks.

When i order it, will the shipping be splitted so I get the Protege ASAP or would I need to wait until the USB is ready???

Place 2 separate orders, they don't split orders anymore i don't think anyway.

When I check the PS site, the following is stated:

The Protege USB Extension --> Availability: Usually Ships in 2 to 3 Weeks
The Protege [Full Kit] --> Availability: Usually Ships in 1 to 2 Business Days

Or should I give it a try with one order and hope that Steve has some ready?

Just ask around a bit, Steve or casey will prob answer in a bit, then you will know for sure. I actually was under the impression that it was available as well. The 2-3 weeks was probably just never updated after the pre-order.

Hey guys, the Proteges are a bit delayed at the moment because we're waiting for some batteries to come in. USB extensions are in stock and available- but we don't split orders, so one will wait for the other. Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure it's because of my stupid German credit card.
Sometimes it won't work here in the US.

When I head back from work, I'll try again with my US debit card and crossed fingers!

That reminds me. Following that stupid yellow triangle is a message, but since the lettering is black on the black background, it is not readily available. I had to click and drag across the screen to read the message.

Debit card will work. If its a German credit card it should work unless the CC company is blocking it because of your location. You should be able to contact them and let them know you are out of the country.

I know with all my cards if i am leaving the country i have to call them and tell them, or that chit won't work at all, or even spend more than a couple hundred dollars in another region of the U.S., they call me to make sure, haha, they are getting beat up to avoid CC fraud.

I remember all those identity theft commercials were hilarious, but not so if its happened to you.

Finally it worked

Thank you guys for your help, and thx @highway for the black background with black text tip! The billing check of my German credit card didn"t fit because I have of course a German billing address...

Does somebody have a time machine who could send me a few days into the future, so I don't have to wait ???

It's like when I was a kid and waiting for my Christmas presents!
