Hey guys, I have taken notice of this, there are several like this yes, and i am currently in the middle of making the right contacts to locate the issue.

I cant be sure, but there's been a few issues with the EMS tracking site recently, nope dunno what there up to, if in fact this is just an issue with there services.

I'll post as soon as I know something so you guy's can breath again :)

The tracking # for my order (#9078) was also not being recognized by the EMS or USPS sites up until today. I got a shipping notice on the 2nd and according to the tracking it wasn't shipped until the 8th. Maybe this happened with a bunch of orders recently.

yes, there are things that happen,

like the packages sit in dispatch centre, or in customs,
and wait and do not get scanned in for a few days,
this means no tracking updates of course,
cos it will not show till it is scanned and data entered into the puter....

I posted no tracking for order 9020 at 8:49 pm.
By 9 pm my order was in USPS hands.
Today EMS tracking is working.
USPS has my package in "foreign acceptance".
My last two orders were delivered exactly 10 calendar days after foreign acceptance.
So... my wish is... 8 days, or 7. What the h... - 6 days.

ems and usps are acting strange all month of march and april, some orders get by and arrive in days while another took 30 days.

i guess its the time of year, but have no fear, i havent lost a package yet, sometimes it just takes time and that why they call it snail mail.

while other times they are the best service out there. just how it rolls.

yes,

in the whole time Eastmall has been here, we have lost --

truly lost --

only 3 packages

out of several 10's of thousands,

thats pretty good going.:)

You scoffed. How dare you ! Now I have proof this thread has magical and mystical properties for those who dare to post here. Not 10, not 8, not 7 and not even 6 days. 4 days !!!

I have here in my hands (I bought 2) Gold Indulgences. They are incredibly beautiful. As a added bonus, the included 901 atomizers are gold.

So, to sum up: David gets the orders out quickly and efficiently and does customer service well. He and his people do a fantastic job. EMS is now tracking correctly. USPS is tracking correctly and is now speedy. Customs in China and USA seem to have no holdups anymore. Di and Mudmanc4 help us enormously. Me ? Oh yeah, it's my b'day.

yes David does do a good job, he is so busy right now with minimum of 6 projects on the go-------

mudmanc4 does a mighty job with Customer Service,
he and David are doing it well, and it is getting on top again with mud's invaluable help., -- and tireless efforts.

Yes the shippers seem to be awake at last, and customs is actually moving stuff thru ---

and I am watching it all, and enjoying your company here on forum --------

it has been today one month since my package is held prisoner inChicago customs. Tried to call there,they were rude and couldn't find it, no sign, no trace of my baby8-o, do not know what to do now

you must try to contact someone with some good manners in there, ask them the status of your package, if they will not release it to you,
ask them to return it to the sender - Eastmall -

we will reship when we have confirmation of the return is underway.

Chicago customs is notorious for being difficult.

Seems like they are getting slower and slower about answering e-mails also. I have been waiting on them for 5 days now about some DOA stuff on my last big order. Sent three e-mails to customer service,and still no reply.

Who's that at my door ? Oh, the postman. Huh, what's that in his hand. I recognize the box, but it can't be. It is! Wait, when did I order this? 6 days from order to delivery. Oh, I get it now. All the past couple of months you have been scheming to make sure that I have at least a 3 month supply of everything. And the stick is very, very nice. Is there any difference between the 801 stick atomizer and the other 801atomizers? If so, is there any way to distinguish between them, cause I just dumped them in the 801 atty bag.
